Natural medicine has a long and honourable past. Long before modern drugs came on the scene, it was our only way of treating ailments of all kinds.Those who prescribed natural medicines often only did so once they knew the person they were prescribing for.

This is a policy I still firmly believe in.

I also believe that natural medicine and modern medicine can work well alongside each other. Many simple ailments respond quickly to natural medicines with no additional help. More serious conditions can benefit from the combined effect of both.

Not for a moment am I suggesting that natural medicine should replace the treatment recommended by your medical adviser. However, such treatments are often harsh and physically debilitating.

Natural medicine can alleviate the symptoms of such treatments, helping you to feel better while the treatment is in process.
